Sommer, Sonne und Yoga
Schwabach – Bei strahlendem Sonnenschein fand letztes Jahr das beliebte Sommeryoga im wunderschönen Garten der Heilpraktikerin Sylvia Flettner-Mayer statt. Die Veranstaltung lockte zahlreiche Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmer an, die gemeinsam im Freien entspannt und aktiv werden wollten.
Das Yoga stand unter dem Motto „Mit Herz und Gemeinschaft Gutes tun“. Alle Einnahmen aus den Spenden wurden an das Frauenhaus in Schwabach übergeben, um Frauen in Not zu unterstützen. Dank der großzügigen Spenden konnte die Aktion einen bedeutenden Beitrag leisten.
Sylvia Flettner-Mayer und Tina Wellenhöfer zeigten sich begeistert: „Es ist schön zu sehen, wie viele Menschen sich für eine gute Sache engagieren und gleichzeitig ihre Gesundheit fördern.“ Die Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmer genossen die entspannte Atmosphäre, die frische Luft und die gemeinsame Energie.
Die Organisatorinnen arbeiten bereits den nächsten Terminen für das Sommeryoga und hoffen auf eine ebenso große Resonanz wie in den Vorjahren. Das Event verbindet auf wunderbare Weise Bewegung, Gemeinschaft und soziales Engagement.
